Step-by-step guide to scheduling your hospital visit via ORS Portal

📋 What You Need Before Starting

Visit the Official ORS Portal

Go to the government portal at ors.gov.in. Click on the "Book Appointment" or "Register / Login" button on the homepage.

Log in with Mobile Number

Enter your 10-digit mobile number and the Captcha code shown on the screen. Click "Get OTP". Enter the OTP received via SMS to complete login.

💡 Note: Up to 6 family members can be registered under a single mobile number profile.

Select State & Hospital

After logging in, navigate to the Book Appointment section:

  • Select State: Delhi
  • Select Hospital: AIIMS, New Delhi
  • Select Appointment Type: Physical Consultation (or Teleconsultation)

Choose Department & Specialty

Select the appropriate clinical department (e.g., General Medicine, Orthopaedics, Cardiology, Dermatology, etc.) based on your consultation requirement.

Select Patient Profile

Choose an existing registered patient profile or click "Add New Member" to enter personal details like Aadhaar/ABHA, full name, age, gender, and home address.

Pick Appointment Date & Confirm

A calendar will display available dates. Green slots indicate open appointments. Select your preferred date, review the appointment summary, and click Confirm Booking.

📅 Slot Availability: New OPD slots are generally opened up to 30 days in advance.

Download & Print Confirmation Slip

Once confirmed, you will receive an SMS containing your booking details. Click "Print Appointment Slip" to save a PDF copy or print it out for hospital verification on your visit date.
